The celebration of the Resurrection of Christ is a celebration of life. In Christ we have life and that more abundantly. What we have in Christ is ours. Life is ours, both that which in duration is eternal, (where most people stop), and that which would would concern the quality of life. How is this ours? Because we believe in Christ. When is it ours? When we believe in Christ. Because He is who He is, then we receive all that He is when we believe on Him. While this does not contradict the belief of most it does contradict the average experience of believers because we have been taught that much is there, but not that much is given. Because of such teaching we too often feel that we must ask, battle over, and wait to see if God would be at all willing instead of just living in what is ours through faith. It is the declaration of Christ that He is the Resurrection and the Life and if we believe on Him we will have life - that which is consistent with who Christ is. There is then nothing left to do but to live in the resurrection power of Christ.

How we see Jesus is everything for how we see Him is how we will believe on Him. Unfortunately, many have rejected the sound teaching of doctrine and instead choose to preach lighter subject matter that does very little for the everyday life they seek to help and even less for the spirit.
This subject is essential to understanding the completeness of our salvation in Christ. Yes, we go back to Adam, but only to go forward to Christ. In Adam the fall of man into sin was complete. Yet in Christ, the last Adam, our immersion into grace is greater in measure and so much more wondrous in nature than the stain of sin that we were cursed with in the first Adam.

There is a full and abundant life in Christ (John 10:10) and that life is given to all that will believe on Christ as the free gift of our heavenly Father. This life is an eternal life, (John 3:16) and as eternity has no beginning, the fullness should begin here on earth. Sadly, many are so bogged down in different practices of religion that they miss the true joy and fullness of life in the reality of knowing God through Christ.
In Christ we are free from the curse, (John 8:36 and Galatians 3:13), and we have the gift of the Holy Spirit to literally live within us thereby imparting to us the very nature of God that we might truly be the children of God! (Acts 2:38, Romans 8:14-17, II Peter 1:2-4, and I John 3:1)
Life in Christ is the gift of God and it is only obtainable by faith. (Ephesians 2:8) This is a life of joy and many blessings, the greatest blessing being to suffer for the name of Christ. (II Timothy 3:12, I Peter 4:12-19) If we serve Christ in the truth of His word we will suffer persecutions. (Mark 10:29-31), yet in all things we are more than conquerors through Christ! (J0hn 16:33 and Romans 8:31-39) The believers’ promise is to ever be with Christ and to reign with Him forever and ever! (I Thessalonians 4:15-17, II Timothy 2:11-14, Revelation 5:10, and 22:5)
We are a people of grace - not condemnation, which speak the truth in love knowing that when we know the truth, we will be set free. (John 3:17-18, 8:31-32, and Romans 8:1)
